- Include your contact details and a good-faith statement of authority.
- We may pause previews or sales while reviewing.
- Counter-notices may be considered for mistakenly removed material.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on Beat Thrift Shop infringes your copyright or related rights, send a written notice to the support / rights contact published on the site once live payments are enabled (or to the operator email used for this deployment).
2. What to include
A complete notice should include:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL, beat title, or booth file at issue.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our response
We may remove or disable access to the material, place the beat on hold in the catalog ledger, and notify the relevant parties. Repeat or fraudulent notices may be disregarded.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that removal was mistaken, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature. We may restore material after review where appropriate.
