By using Nate Fox / Beat Thrift Shop you agree to these site terms, the Beat Lease Terms for purchases, and our Privacy and Refund policies.
Pending counsel review. These documents are operational templates for a digital beat storefront. They are not a substitute for advice from qualified music, privacy, or tax counsel. Live payments stay disabled until rights clearance and counsel sign-off are recorded in the launch runbook.

- Shop Passport, Dig Score, and in-world perks never alter legal license rights.
- We may suspend access for abuse, scraping, or payment fraud.
1. Acceptance
These Site Terms of Use govern access to natefox.wtf, the Beat Thrift Shop experience, producer and collaboration pages, and related APIs. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Accounts and guests
Beat checkout currently runs as a guest flow. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for safeguarding any order status links sent to you.
3. Previews and intellectual property
Catalog previews, artwork, 3D world assets, text, and branding are owned by Nate Fox or licensors. You may stream previews inside the site for personal evaluation. You may not download, rip, re-host, train models on, or redistribute preview or master audio except through an authorized free giveaway or a paid lease delivery.
4. Purchases
Paid beat leases are governed by the Beat Lease Terms version displayed and accepted at checkout, plus the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. The version string recorded with your order controls if site copy later changes.
5. In-world activities
Shop Passport stamps, Dig Score, staff tips, arcade games, and similar features are entertainment and discovery tools. They do not create additional license rights or change pricing except where an explicitly signed promo token is applied at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape the catalog at abusive rates, probe private master URLs, interfere with other visitors, or use the site for unlawful content.
7. EP collaboration pages
EP application materials are proposals for review, not executed contracts, until countersigned under a separate process. Live deposits remain disabled until their own launch gates are met.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted WebGL compatibility on every device; use /classic when needed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for site use (excluding paid-order obligations under the lease) is limited to USD $50.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms under a new version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for site access. Purchased leases keep their checkout snapshot.
